How to Place an Order

Ordering a product from the wide range of new and reconditioned truck parts available from VTP is now easier than ever before. By following the process outlined below you will be able to get up to speed with how to work our site in no time at all.

Log In or Register For An Account

To view prices and purchase products from our webstore you must have a registered account with VTP Ltd.

If you've already been approved as a registered user then simply use the email address and password to log in and start shopping.

Alternatively if you aren’t already a registered VTP Ltd customer then please register with us to begin.

Finding a Product

You can browse the VTP Ltd website in a number of ways;

The Search By facility located at the top of the page enables the site to be searched quickly and easily by entering a products part reference number, a keyword related to a desired part or the name of the part itself. 

Alternatively products can be viewed by brand by selecting the appropriate brand on the View By Brand menu located towards the top of the screen.

In addition to these search facilities VTP also offers the opportunity to filter search results to specific sections using the View by Range search facility located to the left of the screen

Adding a Product To Your Basket 

To add a product to your basket click the Add to Basket button located on the product search list or alternatively on the products detail page itself.

Checking Out Your Order

The contents of your basket can be reviewed and amended at any point before checking out by clicking on Your Basket which is located in the top right hand corner of the screen. From here products can be edited and removed from the basket as desired.

It should be noted that products are only reserved after completing the payment option and once you have received your order confirmation e-mail.


Please note that the VTP webstore operates using a stock indication system which indicates to you if we have the selected item in stock or if it is a special order item. The stock indication status shown on our website is updated every 24 hours therefore the actual stock at our warehouse may vary to that shown on the site, an issue which may arise when orders are received before your order can be processed. Should you order an item where this has occurred we will send you an e-mail advising you of the changed status at the earliest possible convenience.
