VTP understands the importance of getting your truck back on the road, so to minimise downtime and disruption we aim to deliver all of our products as quickly as possible.

Delivery Charges and Timescales
Orders received before 4.30pm are normally dispatched on the same day if all items are available.
Whilst VTP will do its upmost to keep both its dispatch and delivery dates they are to be treated as estimates only.
Orders made on either a Public/Bank Holiday or weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day (provided all items are available) and deliveries themselves will not be made on Public/Bank Holidays or weekends. Any delivery scheduled to arrive on either Public/Bank Holidays or weekends should normally be delivered the next working day. The exception to this is if Saturday delivery has been paid for, this is available to some locations In this case delivery should be made on a Saturday, pls note this does not guarantee delivery before 12 Midday.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the goods. If nobody is present to sign for the goods they will be retained by the carrier and sent out for delivery normally the following working day. After two failed deliveries extra carriage costs may be applied.
All items delivered by carrier must be fully checked before they are signed for. If an item has arrived damaged it must be signed for as damaged with the carrier at the time of delivery, failure to do this means that no claim for damage will be considered by VTP. Applicable Consumer Law applies at all times.
Please note that the cost of shipment is calculated on actual product weight vs the dimensional product weight with the higher of the two being taken into consideration. This usually only affects large items i.e. fuel tanks, seats and large body panels, where their dimensional weight exceeds the actual physical weight of the item.
VTP accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage resulting from delay in the delivery of goods. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of VTP shall not entitle the buyer to cancel any order or to refuse to accept delivery. Applicable Consumer Law applies at all times.
My Order Has Arrived and It is Damaged
All items delivered by carrier must be fully checked before they are signed for. If an item has arrived with any evidence of damage, it must be clearly signed for as damaged at the time of delivery. Notification of any damage must be received by VTP within 24 hours of delivery in order to enable VTP to lodge a claim with the carrier. Any damaged items will be required to be collected so they can be inspected by the carrier so please retain the item until we have notified you of the next steps.
We are unable to credit or exchange any damaged items if the above procedures have not been strictly adhered to. Applicable Consumer Law applies at all times.
My Order Has Not Arrived
VTP must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery date on non-arrival of a consignment[s] to enable us to investigate with the carriers and for any claim to take place. Failure to notify VTP within this time frame will result in the loss of goods and no credit and / or replacement items being issued. Applicable Consumer Law applies at all times.
